23. Competition terms. The 2018 Cool-Off Competition is bound by the following: 
a) Only one entry per household
b) Limited to households in the northwest of WA
c) Entries close December 31, 2018
d) Winner will be contacted via the details provided in the entry form
e) Prize includes a Cool-Off Water Temperature Solution and installation
f) Winner announced in January 2019
g) Installation date for winner to be confirmed in liaison with the winner after the announcement is made
